[Technical Proposal] Improve the appearance quality by exposing the end faces of the side panels of the R-shaped box cover.
Adhere by sandwiching the top surface with side plates! A case where the risk of bubble formation is eliminated.
We will introduce a case where improving the edge surface of the side panels of an R-shaped box cover can enhance the appearance quality. Typically, when manufacturing a transparent box cover with an R shape, the edge surface of the side panels is glued to overlap with the R-shaped top surface. However, bubbles inevitably occur in the adhesive area between the side panels and the top surface. In such cases, it is recommended to sandwich the top surface with the side panels for adhesion. When the top surface is sandwiched by the side panels, the flat surfaces are glued instead of the curved surfaces, eliminating the risk of bubble formation and improving appearance quality. [Case Summary] ■ Issues - Partial R dimensions differ, causing bubbles to form in the adhesive area between the side panels and the top surface. - This leads to a decrease in appearance quality. ■ Effects - Gluing flat surfaces eliminates the risk of bubble formation. *For more details, please refer to the related links or feel free to contact us.
